Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a treatment that uses sterile, single-use needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. Microneedling can help improve overall skin tone and texture, reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and acne scarring, and soften fine lines and wrinkles. It’s an excellent treatment for clients looking to achieve long-term skin rejuvenation and preventative aging benefits.

To ensure your comfort, a topical numbing cream is applied before treatment. Most clients describe the sensation as light pressure or vibration and find the treatment very tolerable.

The peels offered at SKN by CheMarie are very superficial to superficial peels, meaning they typically involve little to no downtime. Some clients may experience mild flaking or dryness a few days after treatment, while others may not visibly peel at all — and that’s completely normal!

Visible peeling is not an indication of whether the treatment is working. Many professional chemical peels work beneath the surface of the skin to stimulate cell turnover, improve texture and tone, and support overall skin health without excessive shedding or irritation.

Your treatment will always be selected based on your skin type, concerns, and comfort level to ensure safe and effective results.

The Signature Facial, using selected pregnancy-safe products will be used to customize your facial.  Although this facial includes high frequency treatment, this treatment will be excluded during pregnancy.
